  • Automatically — through cookies and tracking technologies on our website (see section 8)

4. Why We Collect Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Assess and process your home loan refinance application
  • Provide you with credit assistance and loan recommendations
  • Manage your membership, draw entries, and referral credits
  • Conduct and administer the monthly prize draw

  • IT and platform providers — who host our website, member portal, and data systems (all hosted in Australia)
  • Partner brands — limited information may be shared with partner brands when you access a partner discount offer (subject to the partner’s own privacy policy)
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers for the purpose of direct marketing by third parties without your explicit consent.
